Monica D’Arcy Receives New Investigator Award

Monica D’Arcy, PhD, MS, was named the recipient of the 2022 New Investigator Award from Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey.

Each year, Rutgers Cancer Institute selects new Members of its Cancer Center Support Grant (CCSG) Research Programs to receive New Investigator Awards to build their cancer research portfolios. Dr. D’Arcy was selected for her efforts in the area of cancer pharmacoepidemiology.

Dr. D’Arcy is Core Faculty at PETS and Rutgers Institute for Health, RBHS Instructor in Department of Medicine, Division of Medical Oncology, Section of Cancer Epidemiology and Health Outcomes at RWJMS and member of Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey’s Cancer Prevention and Control Program

Rutgers CINJ’s Cancer Prevention and Control Program works to engage in scientific discovery across the cancer control continuum (e.g., primary prevention to survivorship) that translates into empirically-based interventions, clinical and public health practice, and policy strategies to reduce the cancer burden in New Jersey and beyond. Learn more.
